- If a member engagesin activities that infringe on the rights of others orparticipate in any illegal activities using this service, the membershall bear all legal responsibilities. Uponlearning of such activities, GOpower mayimmediately revoke the membership,permanently prohibit the member from using the service, andrequire the member tocompensate GOpower for all damages incurred, including but not limited to lossof reputation, judgment fees, andlawyer fees.
Transaction Information
- In accordance withthe Consumer Protection Act, there is a seven-day inspection period forreceiving goods or accepting services (thisdoes not apply to trial periods). However,this policy does notapply to discounted goods provided for specific reasons or itemsexplicitly stated on the product page as not eligible for the seven-dayinspection period. Special Authorization
